David Vaillant

David Vaillant is the Global Head of Finance, Strategy & Participations for BNP Paribas Asset Management, as well as CEO for France. He is also the Chairman of Belgian fintech Gambit, and of IWC (International Woodland Company), a forestry and agricultural land asset manager, and a Director of Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Funds (India). He served on the Board of wealthtech Allfunds Group, as well as of the exchange and technology group Aquis, in addition to being its European Chairman.

David sits on the operational board of the JUST Institute, which fosters the development of instruments to finance biodiversity. He has created the sustainable finance curriculum and HEC School of management, and has co directed and authored the book: "Biodiversity: a call for decisive action".
