Outside of surgical assisting, I work as a leadership consultant, helping executives and doctors run teams efficiently. Specifically in Medicine, I help doctors lead clinical teams and their medical practice staff to achieve better workflows and outcomes. I bring these skills to any environment where I work with a team, whether for just one list or longer engagements. I enjoy creating an environment that maximises the benefits to both patients and medical teams.
