Kristin Wall Buchholz is a certified Art Teacher and a Syracuse University and Harvard Graduate School of Education alumna. She is a certified Yoga Teacher, artist, naturalist, and gardener. Her Yoga studio, Heron Hill Yoga, offers views of the Allegheny Mountains. Guided Migrations is her debut book.

Kristin Wall Buchholz is a New York State certified Art Teacher who has taught all ages, from young children to adults, using hands-on, experiential teaching methods. She is a graduate of Syracuse University and the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Kristin is also a certified Yoga Teacher who combines different disciplines of yoga and meditation for the purpose of healing. An artist, naturalist, and gardener, she is establishing a small homestead and finally putting down roots. She lives in Wellsville, NY, with her family. Kristin’s newly established Yoga studio, known as Heron Hill Yoga, overlooks the foothills of the Allegheny mountains. “Guided Migrations” is her first book.
