· Xi-Kuo District School for Northern City School was built in April, 1915.
· Xi-Kuo Ordinary Advanced Primary School was established in 1916.
· In April, 1918, the school was renamed Xi-Kuo Ordinary Primary School.
· In April, 1921, the school had a new name: Sung-Shan Ordinary Primary School.
· As the school in this current new location was completed, the school was relocated and renamed as Taipei City Double-Leaves Primary School.
· Nov. 1945 marked the post era of Japanese colonization. Principal Lin, Shuan-Yuan was appointed as the first principal after the war-torn period of time.
· In Feb. 1946, the school began to utilize its new name–Taipei City Song-Shang District Xing-Ya Primary School
· In March, 1946, 12 classes of pupils in Xing-Ya began their courses.
· In Nov. 1946, the six-classroom expansion project ended.
· In Jan. 1950, an expansion of three more classrooms with one bathroom facility in Xing-Ya came to an end.
· In Nov. 1951, two other classes in San-Jan-Li of Xing Ya were initiated.
· In Sep. 1952, a swimming pool was constructed.
· In May 1954, surrounding classrooms and a bathroom facility in San-Jan-Li District School were built.
· In August 1955, San-Jan-Li District School became independent and was addressed as San-Xing Primary School.
· In Sep. 1955, a storage room and a faculty dorm with 4 single-person rooms were finely finished.
· In Jan. 1957, one newly built office was finalized.
· In March 1958, the newly constructed Principal’s Room and Student Health Center were formed.
· In June 1962, eight new classrooms and a stairway were added.
· In July 1962, Principal Ling, Shui-Yuan was allowed to retire. In August 1962, Su, Song-Lin took over as the second principal of Xing-Ya.
· In 1963, more surrounding of classrooms, one bathroom facility and stairway were in completion.
· In 1964, one classroom was lent to Kuan-Fu Primary School.
· In 1965, Kuan-Fu Primary School borrowed one classroom.
· In 1966, the yearly budget included 11 classrooms, 4 stairways and 1 bathroom. Besides, Kuan-Fu Primary School borrowed 1.5 classroom spaces.
· In 1967, land was used to construct Xing-Ya Junior High School. In addition, the budget contained one bathroom facility and one kitchen.
· In Jan. 1968, Principal Su, Sung-Lin took over the position in Dung-Hua Primary School. Principal Wu, Zou-Bo took over as the third principal. This year, the budget included two bathroom facilities.
· In August 1968, the school received a new name called Taipei City Song-Shang District Xing-Ya Primary School.
· Yearly budget for 1970 included 10 classrooms, one bathroom facility and 3 stairways.
· In 1971, the budget geared at 6 classrooms, 3 bathroom facilities, 3 stairways and 1 auditorium.
· In June 1972, Student Activity Center and 3 Subject-Oriented Classrooms were fully forged.
· In August 1972, Principal Wu, Zou-Bo was dispatched to Chun-Chuan Primary School. Principal Zheng, Jing-Lian took over as the fourth principal. In the same year, 5 classrooms, 4 bathroom facilities and 4 stairways were freshly added.
· In August 1973, 5 ordinary classrooms on the 3rd floor, 4 bathroom facilities and 4 stairways were born.
· Both in 1975 and 1976, nearly 20 classrooms, an office and 8 stairways were shaped.
· In August 1976, Principal Lin, Qiu-Cheng became the fifth principal. On the third floor, 9 more classrooms were added with two bathroom facilities.
· In March 1977, Fu-De Primary School was organized by Xing-Ya Primary School.
· From 1977 to 1979, the kitchen, two more bathroom facilities, statue of Chiang, Kai-Shek, Kai-Sheck Garden, and the remodeling of a 5th-floor building with corridor were made.
· In Jan. 1980, Xing-Ya Primary School was in charge of P.E. Teaching Demonstration for other schools in Taipei.
· In May 1982, Xing-Ya Primary School performed the 6th Children’s Drama.
· In August 1983, Principal Lin, Kuo-Shung was appointed by Taipei City Government as the 6th principal.
· In June 1985, a statue of Confusius was raised in Xing-Ya Primary School.
· In Feb. 1987, Principal Wu, Yu-Chuan was named as the 7th principal.
· In August, a class for the mentally challenged was formed.
In Feb. 1990, Xing-Ya Junior High School was relocated from this school.
In August 1990, the kindergarten of Xing-Ya started operating under an official order.
In June, 1991, the school edifice was re-designed with a certain amount of budget listed.
In August 1991, the kindergarten of Xing-Ya added one more class under an official appointment. In total, there were three classes in the kindergarten at the moment.
Based on a ruling, one class for the physically challenged was in place.
In July, Principal Wu, Yu-Chuan retired under the official regulation.
In August 1992, Principal Sung, Fong-Xiong was named as the eighth principal.
In Feb. 1993, the commencement ceremony for more buildings of the school was held.
· In March 1993, Xing-Ya Primary School was the host for a series of Children’s Day celebrations in the eastern part of Taipei City.
· In April 1993, Commencement Ceremony for the new school buildings started.
· From June 1993 to 1994, Xing-Ya Primary School acted as the hosts for an outdoor activity in Da-An Park, one social science seminar, kindergarten teachers and primary schools teachers selection procedures twice.
· In Jan. 1995, Xing-Ya Primary School was designated by the Ministry of Education as the 6-year counseling project, with the counseling network testing for Taipei City.
· Feb. 1995 marked the completion of the barrier-free campus.
In Dec. 1995, a book with the theme of Xing-Ya being established for 80 years was published.
· From 1995 to 1996, Xing-Ya Primary School acted as the hosts for a seminar on counseling cases, kindergarten teachers and primary schools teachers selection procedures twice.
· In August 1996, Principal Chou, Nine-Wen was appointed as the 9th principal by Taipei City Government.
· In August 1998, Principal Chen, Bo-Shang was appointed as the 10th principal by Taipei City Government.
· In August 1999, Principal Sung, Fong-Xiung was appointed as the 11th principal by Taipei City Government.
· In August 2007, Principal Chu, Yin-Ping was appointed as the 12th principal by Taipei City Government.
· In August 2013, Principal Kung, Wen-Chin was appointed as the 13th principal by Taipei City Government.
· In August 2020, Principal Tsai, Zong-Liang was appointed as the 14th principal by Taipei City Government.
