Assembly: Tech Free Time Challenge 12th March 2025
Annabelle: Good morning, everyone!
I hope you all had a wonderful half term break! Today, I want to take a moment to applaud all of our children who participated in the Tech Free Time Challenge. It was inspiring to see so many of you engaging in activities away from screens and embracing creativity, imagination, and the joy of being present in the moment.
Evie: We set out this challenge to encourage everyone to explore new hobbies, connect with friends and family, or simply enjoy some well-deserved leisure time without the distraction of technology. And you all answered the call brilliantly!
Joseph: Whether you took up painting, went for a hike, created a masterpiece out of recycled materials, or spent time reading, your enthusiasm and commitment are truly commendable. You’ve reminded us of the importance of balance in our lives,
Rozalia: I hope you continue to make time for these kinds of experiences, even as we dive back into our learning.
Akain: Now, I am thrilled to announce the winners of the Tech Free Time Challenge! These individuals showed incredible creativity, dedication, and passion in their endeavours:

Szymon and Artur: Let’s give a big round of applause for our winners and for everyone who took part in the Tech Free Time Challenge!
Mark: While screens can be a fantastic tool for learning and connecting with others, it’s vital to remember that they aren’t everything. Taking breaks from technology allows us to recharge, spark creativity, and develop new skills. It’s in those moments away from screens that we often find inspiration and joy in the world around us. So, let’s keep this balance in mind as we go forward!
