Hi, I have been a Teaching Assistant for over 11 years, then a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for 5 years, after completing a Bachelor of Arts degree. I currently work in the front office as a School Support and Attendance Officer which I am thoroughly enjoying. I adore seeing the children everyday and working really closely with the families too.
I am passionate about all aspects of digital education, and love teaching both myself and my students how to use new Apps and equipment. This has led to being given the role of Digital Innovator, which is really exciting!ย
I also support the school in distance and blended learning and have enjoyed building websites, including this one to help bring our school into the 21st century.ย
I have five children, all boys and almost all grown up, and am passionate about baking cakes with one of my sons and all things Disney! In my spare time I can usually be found baking, shopping, teaching myself new technical skills, or planning my next trip to Disneyland ๐ฐ.ย
Although, I am now a nannie to 3 grandchildren, with grandchild number 4 on the way in May/June, so not much m,oney left for Disney trips at the moment. ;)
