I have been the Deputy Head Teacher of Pillgwenlly Primary School since 2008 I have twenty seven years teaching experience, having started my teaching career as a newly qualified teacher in 1994. I am passionate about Pillgwenlly Primary School and its community. As an educationalist, I believe it is our duty to provide future generations with the skills and knowledge they need in order to play a full and active role in their communities and the wider society.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, I enjoy leading the school community through the national agenda and its initiatives. I am excited at the prospect of moving the school community into a new innovative learning environment in the near future.
