Year 8 Options
Information about the process:
In year 9 pupils will follow one level 1/2 course, on top of their statutory curriculum. Pupils will spend 10 hours a fortnight studying this subject and at the end of the year will gain a qualification in it.
There are a number of different courses available, some of which are traditional GCSEs and some are L1/2 vocational courses (equivalent to GCSEs). Below is a link to the information booklet which gives you more information about the process and subjects. There are also information videos for each subject below.
