I am a passionate and dedicated Year 1 teacher who enjoys creating a positive, nurturing and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. I love making learning fun through creative, hands-on experiences and helping children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning. I am passionate about supporting every child to reach their full potential and enjoy being part of their learning journey.
Hobbies & interests = reading, dancing and going on sunny holidays.
Favourite food = Roast lamb dinner

I am an energetic and motivated Learning Support Assistant with a passion for supporting the wellbeing and individual learning needs of all children. I love getting to know each child on a personal level and providing bespoke support tailored to their individual needs. I thoroughly enjoy working at Maendy Primary School and feel very lucky to have worked with many of the children in the class last year, meaning I already know their personalities, interests and little quirks. I am passionate about helping every child feel happy, confident and supported throughout their learning journey.

This is me!
This term, our exciting topic is ‘This Is Me’, where the children will have the opportunity to learn all about themselves and the people around them. We will celebrate our individuality by exploring our families, cultures, traditions, beliefs, hobbies and interests, as well as learning about the wonderful diversity within our class. The children will create self-portraits, take part in interviews using the family passports they completed before the summer to develop their oracy skills, and share what makes them unique. We are looking forward to discovering that, although we may all be different, there are many wonderful things that connect us too!
