Method of Delivery
Method of Delivery
When delivering your e-sgol sessions to students from other schools, you would be best serviced using the devices provided to you by e-sgol. The XP Pen tablet screen allows you to jot notes and annotate on a presentations or Class Notebook which can be shared to your students (during and/or after your sessions). The monitor and webcam that sits in front or alongside the XP Pen tablet will allow you to see the pupils from their designated e-sgol classrooms. For more information on how to use the devices effectively during your e-sgol session, contact the associated e-sgol lead that supports your school.
When the host school and the e-sgol teacher is unable to teach separately to the learners, e.g. pupil numbers, capacity issues, their learners will be present with the teacher. Choosing this alternative teaching arrangement, should be for the benefit of all associated learners and not the convenience of the host school. The chosen arrangement will be clearly communicated to the schools and learners accessing the e-sgol course.
Learners from the other schools studying the e-sgol course will access the course from the designated e-sgol classroom. When this method of delivery is implemented, it is vital that communication and feedback is consistent to every learner, and is communicated clearly between schools and learners at the start of the academic year.
