TO REPORT AN ABSENCE OR ILLNESS 

All students must be reported absent each day. 

To report an absence: call the attendance line & leave a message by 8:00 AM or email Mrs.Moran

Please leave your child's name, grade and information regarding absence.

This phone line is available for convenience 24 hours a day.

If we are unable to reach you, a 'Wellness Check'  will be requested to be conducted by the Hopewell Township Police Department. This is to verify your child's safety. 

The HVCHS Health Services Program is designed to maximize students health potential and provide a broad spectrum of health services to students. The goals of the school health services program are: 

• to identify health concerns and needs of pupils

• to assist pupils in becoming increasingly responsible for their own health

• to promote the optimal level of physical and mental health for pupils

• to provide health education and health counseling for pupils and parents

Office Hours are 08:20-03:50 Monday-Friday
