PE and Health
I have been at CBMS since 2019.
I grew up in Claremont NH before moving to VT in 1996. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Johnson State College with a degree in Outdoor Education. After receiving my degree from JSC I worked as a Fly Fishing Guide in Stowe at the Fly Rod Shop for 5 years. I then went on to work at Burton Snowboards as the Store Manager in Burlington for close to 15 years before going back to school at Champlain College to become a teacher.
The 2024-2025 school year will be my eighth year teaching. I inspire to build long-lasting relationships with students, help them discover new experiences and life skills, have fun, and keep it positive all while moving and learning healthy habits.
I live in Jericho Vt and in my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, flyfishing, mountain biking, skiing, and anything outdoors.

Health and Physical Education
I began teaching at CBMS in 2022. Prior to CBMS, I taught middle school for 3 years in Massachusetts. I decided to move to VT, which is closer to where I grew up in the nearby ADK's. In addition to teaching at CBMS I have coached girls soccer, basketball, and helped lead the after school Velocity club. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exercising, biking, and enjoying the outdoors.

Mrs Hill began her time at CBMS as the Library Assistant to Mrs Feld in 2002. Mrs Feld was an inspiration and encouraged Mrs Hill to get a degree in School Librarianship. Coming back as the Librarian in 2007, Mrs Hill took up the torch from Mrs Feld and made students and story the focus of her work. Today you can find Mrs Hill talking about books, helping with research, feeding Sam (the Red-Eared Slider turtle), and more. By continuing Mrs Feld’s legacy of exploring and connecting using humor and curiosity, the library is fulfilling its purpose to be a welcoming place that inspires joy, creativity and diverse perspectives.

I have been at Crossett Brook Middle School since 2019 and m in the HUUSD district since 2010. I get to teach 5th and 6th grade Technology classes at CBMS and also work as the Technology Integrationist at Brookside Primary School. Because I split my time between the two schools, I get to work with the same kids from Kindergarten all the way through 8th grade. It has been such a pleasure to work with students in our community as they grow into responsible young adults. When I'm not working I'm outside hiking, skiing, biking, and gardening.
