NMH Research Group

Welcome to NMH Research Group!

The NMH Research Group, part of Coordination Chemistry Lab @ VNU, is an inorganic synthetic chemistry team which carries out the reactions between metals and organic ligands.

Our research is focused towards understanding the structures, photophysics and biological activities associated with metal complexes of PAH- and thiosemicarbazone-based ligands.

We study the interactions between metal ions and suitable fluorescent sensor which give rise to changes in absorption and emission colors. The toxic metals can be detected in this way.

Also, we have developed the biologically active complexes which show antibacterial and antitumor behaviors.
