English 11A

Welcome Students!

English 11A is a literature focused course that covers a variety of genres from the time of Shakespeare to the present. In this class we will read novels, a play, and a number of poems. Some of the goals of the course are to improve your ability to interpret literature, provide a chance to respond personally to a wide range of texts, and the opportunity to complete projects, written assignments and assessments to show your understanding of the materials. I look forward to a great trimester with each of you!
