Aerobics

Hello! So looking forward to seeing all your smiling faces, whether it be online or in class!!

Just so you know, this class will not look like it has in the past. If we ever get to phase 6....then yes, but for now things had to change.

There is no locker rooms or weight rooms right now. We will be do assignments that are both online and physical (yes, you need to get up and move). This is going to be a learning experience for the both of us...but we will get through it.

However, please be aware there will be more writing components associated with trimester.
