Dear Students,

Welcome to your learning lab course at Hunter! Your instructors are looking forward to meeting you soon. 

As you may know, learning lab is a year-long course where you will be working with a student with disabilities to assess, plan, instruct, monitor progress and reflect on this practice with the guidance of your instructor and peers. You will not initially have a student to work with as you get prepared for the assessment and tutoring required by the course. For the first two weeks of class, you will meet as a larger group with sections combined by the program (adolescent or childhood) in most cases. In the third week seminars will begin to meet in their scheduled location for twice per week tutoring with one of those days extended for seminar, as per the course notes when you registered.

For the first two weeks of class, all sections will meet in HUNTER 1203 East.

Please find your instructor’s name or section number to determine whether you will meet on Tuesdays (8/28 and 9/4) or Thursday (8/30 & 9/6) during this time.

Vogel SPED 777 section 21 - Always meets in 1203E with seminar on TUES.
