Tips & Training to help you prepare for the challenges

We are hosting our Virtual Sports Day on Thursday 25th June to Sunday 28th June 2020. Videos with information on skills you can practice to get yourself ready (hopefully without giving the events away!) will be uploaded to this page.

There will be 8 challenges that you will be able to try. Some of the challenges will require no equipment at all whilst others might require equipment or for you to improvise! All the challenges are individual but every challenge that you do will count towards your Gem families total score.
