Message from Mr Etheridge - Primary Principal
World Book Day
Last week, as you will know, was World Book Day! The effort that was put into the costumes of both pupils and staff was absolutely amazing and the children had a fantastic day of learning. Children swapped classes for shared reading, created their own books and created book front covers.
I want to thank parents and carers for the time and effort that goes into making the day as special as it is, as well as Mrs Johnson for orgsanising the in-school event.
Don't forget you can use the book tokens which came home to redeem a free book!
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
I just wanted to say thank you to all of the parents who are using the drop-off and pick-up facilities so courteously at the moment - we are in the fortunate position to be able to offer this facility; unlike many Primary Schools.
Could I please remind anyone in a vehicle not to park on the double-yellow lines just before the white barrier so as not to block parking spaces and allow for the queue to flow.
