Project Purpose
Embrace the polytechnic transformation and empower teams by unleashing the power of data to meet Humboldt's ambitious goals outlined in the Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) plan.
This includes increasing student success, retention, and graduation, equitable access, and sustainably managing enrollment growth.
Project Vision
Enhance student and employee experiences by providing current, accurate, relevant information (data, communications, interactions, etc.)
Empowering Cal Poly Humboldt to intentionally build and maintain meaningful relationships throughout the entire student lifecycle from point of search through alum by creating personalized, streamlined experiences across all touchpoints.
Project Goals
Reenvisioning the admission processes from the student perspective to support growth as a polytechnic. What got us here, will not get us where we need to go.
Commitment to excellence in data integrity throughout the entire application and lifecycle, including expanding use of self-service, forms, automation, or other controls to increase quality assurance
Reimagine our CRM implementation to lead (drive) a student lifecycle in a strategic and quantifiable manner.
Achieve efficiency, simplicity and data integrity through process improvement by fully utilizing Slate as a system of engagement to become a “best in class” implementation within the CSU system.
