As first graders your goal is to be able to read for 15 minutes without getting too tired or giving up. Each day this week you will track the amount of time that you read without being distracted. Remember readers with a good stamina do the following:
Read the whole time.
Stay in their comfy spot.
Enjoy their book.
Choose a book to read from home or visit Epic! and browse through their book collection. We recommend you read a book about family.

Use this interactive game to practice composing and decomposing numbers to 10 on a ten frame.
To begin:
Click on the "Play all" button.
Answer the questions.
When you are done, think about the following:
Split 10 apples into two groups. Can you do it a different way? Can you split it into three groups? Draw the different ways you can split 10.
