Shady Brook Farm is located in Yardley, Pennsylvania, however it is a big hit for locals in New Jersey. Shady Brook Farm is a popular spot during the holiday season. It hosts the annual drive-through holiday lights celebration. Visitors must secure a reservation for a thirty minute drive through a beautiful light show. Just tune your radio to 90.7 for some holiday favorites and enjoy the magical experience of the lights around you. They are open rain or shine. Prices have gone up since previous years with the rate being fifty dollars. Some may think it is too expensive and spare the money, while others are willing to put down the cash for a fun night out.
Shady Brook also has an open air wagon ride to see the lights. You are able to sing along to festive tunes as you immerse yourself in the holiday atmosphere. If you’d like to ride the wagon with just you and your family and friends, you can purchase a private wagon ride. Santa’s Village also offers holiday decorations with gifts, treats, festive drinks, relaxing fire pits, and a Candy Cane Lane-light walkthrough. You can even get a family photo with Santa!
Overall, the farm offers the perfect atmosphere for great holiday memories. The drive through is short enough to make the perfect quick trip for little kids, while also offering options to extend your visit for more fun. Although the price is growing higher each year, I wouldn’t want to miss out on the memories that you can make at Shady Brook. Every year, the lights become more extravagant but the principles are the same, setting the stage for the most enjoyable experience.
