Financial Support to Student Organisations
The financial support aims at subsidizing meaningful and diversified activities organised by student organisations under the Students' Union at HSUHK. Student organisations should complete the Registration of Certificate of a Society issued by the Societies Office, Hong Kong Police Force and then open a Society’s bank account for fund transfer before the commencement of operation. No Joint Individual Savings Account will be accepted.
One-off Seed Money
The purpose of One-off Seed Money is to support the initial development of HSUHK students' association, as well as to support the students' association to achieve its purpose in its constitution.
Eligibility
Affiliated Students' Association (SA) and Student Residents' Association (SRA) under the HSUSU will be invited to apply for the subsidy within the University financial year of its first inception.
Subsidy Level
One-off Seed Money of $5,000 will be subsidized for each SA/ SRA.
Printing Quota
To support the basic operation cost of SU, SA and SRA, $3,600 for SU as well as $1,200 for each SA and SRA, in the form of printing quota, will be allocated every year.
Student Activities Fund (SAF)
Student Activities Fund aims at subsidizing meaningful and diversified activities organized by student organisations under the Students' Union at HSUHK.
