Registration for Kindergarten is open!

Fill out the following paperwork and return it to our office as soon as possible to reserve your spot!

• In-District Transfer Request

• Registration forms (4 pages)

• Home Language Survey

• Digital Resources Permission Form

• Release of Information Opt-Out Form

The following items are also needed if your student has not previously been enrolled in a public school, or coming from a Home School or a Private School:

• Up-to-date immunization record

• Proof of birth date (i.e. birth certificate or passport)
