    - Your office location is closing or has closed
    - Your physical work location has changed
    - You are telecommuting
    - Your workload has drastically been reduced, cut or halted
    - You are being asked to travel for Business
    - You have returned to work from self isolation
    - You are seeking any type of clarity, recommendations or support, please reach out to us

*If you participate in the Employee Benefit plan your coverage will continue during this time as normal. If you are on a temporary layoff please contact HR Options to work out a payment process for your share of the premiums while you are on leave, if this applies to your situation.
