Some of the Activities we have enjoyed are, Golf with plastic putter and foam ball, Drop kicking a ball , kicking a football off of a Tee , and throwing overhand to our partner with a soft foam ball. Most days to end class we have free time to play or we play freeze tag or line tag. We have also used the parachute and the students really enjoyed it.

In the coming weeks we will introduce racquet sports, volleyball, and baseball among other fun activities.

All we want is for you to get outside when possible and play. Taking care of our Heart and Lungs by exercising or playing is what we want to achieve. And most of all HAVE FUN PLAYING!!!!!!
