Meet Mrs. Huckaby

Greetings! My name is Brandi Huckaby and I am beyond thrilled to introduce myself as the HPA School Librarian. I am the mama of two awesome kids, Oliver and Lucy. Oliver is in 5th grade here at HPA! Lucy is a future grizzly and will walk our halls next year. I have been an educator for 17 years. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from USC Upstate and will complete my Masters in Library and Information Sciences from the University of South Carolina in December 2023. This job is a dream come true and I can't wait to go on this reading adventure with you all!

Meet Mrs. Howard

Hello! My name is Natasha Howard, and I am proud and honored to be the Library Assistant for High Point Academy. I have one child in the 9th grade at our school. This year marks my 7th year total in the library, but only my 5th year as the official library assistant. My passion is for reading, you will almost never find me without a book. If you see me outside of HPA, you will likely see me reading. I love working in the library and helping our students learn the love of reading. I am so excited to see what the future holds for our HPA Library.
