Concert Information: 

Dear H.I.S. 5th & 6th GRADE CHOIR PARENTS,

We are so excited to present our Spring Concert, “Cruising thru Song”

Monday, May 12, 2025 in the Howland Middle Gymnasium.

Please join the Choirs, as we take you on a musical journey through Sea Chanties and Summer Songs! So, get your tropical attire out and get ready to enjoy a great evening of summer fun music!

Here are few details you need to know:

5th GRADE CHOIR                          6th Grade CHOIR

Report Time:                                            Report Time:

5:30pm to Cafeteria                                 6:30 to Cafeteria

6:00pm Concert begins                            7:00pm Concert begins

Dress Code:  

Students are encouraged to dress the theme.  Tropical patterns and summer attire!

Ideas for Vacation/Tropical Attire: Floral Shirts, Hawaiian Lays, Summer dresses,

Bright Tropical Shirts, Tropical swim trunks (however must at least be Fingertip length),

Grass Skirts (long shorts/leggings underneath)

School dress code is still required to be followed;

NO SHORT SHORTS – all shorts must be fingertip length!  

NO TANK TOPS and/or Spaghetti strap dresses.  

Remember Choir Students, even though we are having fun, it is still a concert and we want to follow good concert etiquette!

*This is a mandatory concert worth 250 points, much like a final in other classes.  Please refer to the concert policy sent home at the beginning of the year.

Black Sweater, Button up, Polo Shirt, Black Dress,

Black Pants/Skirt or Black Jeans (no holes) on bottom

Dark Colored Shoes: Dress Shoes, Tennis Shoes, Vans
