Math Placement & Math Readiness Camp

If you received the email regarding your child’s Math Placement at Lanier Middle School, your child has successfully reached the score necessary to be placed into Algebra 1 for the next school year. Although their score was within the borderline range to meet the requirements, we require that students who are within this range to attend Virtual Math Readiness Camp to ensure their success. The camp is to prepare students for the Algebra 1 and Geometry classes. The only way to proceed with your child’s math placement and place into Algebra 1 is if they attend this camp. The dates are the same as Summer School, and the times are from 8 – 12 pm.

Please complete the google form using this link to sign up for Math Readiness Camp for incoming Algebra and Geometry students. Please be reminded that your child must attend this camp to place into Algebra 1 for the next school year. The session is virtual and free.
