Kaylee is a filmmaker and screenwriter with a B.S. in Digital Cinema Production from Utah Valley University, where she focused on directing and writing for entertainment media. At UVU she was all the Instructor's Assistant for the screenwriting program where she edited and consulted student scripts. A 2025 Brandon Fugal Screenwriting Fellowship recipient, she was awarded for her screenwriting and pitching skills and was awarded a feature film contract that is currently in development. Kaylee recently completed an internship at FANX Studios—providing script coverage, conducting comparables research, and assisting with investor communications on feature projects. When not directing she works professionally as a script supervisor on local short films.

She wrote and directed her senior thesis film, Blossom, which is set to begin its festival circuit in fall 2025.

I recently served as the Video Producer for Utah Dance Artists where I produced all video projects for social media, ads, newsletters and events. I have also worked for ShopLITLive where I would edit long form media into short form media and the Special Olympics where I served as a video production intern for the Utah Region and Dance Division.

I believe in the impact media can have on an audience and I am working every day to create content that includes and inspires everyone.
