How to check in and hotel rules
This hotel is unmanned hotel.
There is no staff in the hotel but please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance.
How to check in
Three days before you stay: We will sent the URL link for the details of your reservation. Please confirm and fill up it before you arrive. you can find the link in your confirmation mail
One day bofore you stay: We will sent the booking code or check in id ( If you didn't recive the e-mail, please contact us. )
After check in time of the date you stay: Go to the hotel and do self check-in by the check-in tablet using your booking code / QR code or check in id in the hotel. ( If the hotel has entrance key, we put the key code in e-mail that you received one day befor Check-in. )
After check in process: You can get the room number and your room key code in the tablet. And you can enter your room.
Hotel rules
Check out time ：Please check-out till check-out time. An additional fee will be charged in case of late Check-out, so please be sure to contact us in advance if you wish to do late checkout.
Moving furniture：Please do not move furniture of the room as it may cause damage or injury.
Additional charge: Please contact us in advance if you want to add more people. Additional amount will be charges on incurred in the equipment damage, stains, excessive noise, smoking outside on the designated area, vomiting in the room, etc.
Guest restrictions: Accommodation and entry are prohibited for those guest without a reservation. If it is discovered without permission, an additional fee of 50,000 yen will be charged. (There is a 24-hour surveillance camera in the hotel)
Noise: Please be quiet, especially after 10 pm. If you feel noisy, please be sure to contact us immediately . (If you don`t contact on the spot, we will not be able to solve the touble and provide refunds)
Smoking: All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. Please be sure to smoke outside of the building if there is no smoking zone on the hotel.
Others: Please note that we may ask you to leave the room if you take any action that may cause inconvenience to other customers.

※Note check out cannot be done from the check-in tablet.

Q&A
１）How can I open the entrance door?
You will receive the key number in the email one day before of the Check-in. After pressing the lock machine, enter a 4-digit number to open the door. * Please note that this number is different from the reservation code which is required for check-in!
2）How can I get the room key?
After completing the check-in procedure, the room number and key PIN will be displayed on the check-in tablet. Please enter the 8 digits Check-in Code on the check-in Tablet for the Check-in procedure.
3）Can I check in if all of the guest are not available at check-in?
If you have a reservation code (the 8-digit number), You can able to check-in even if all the guest are not present at the moment . Please enter the guest information and sent in advance before Check-in.
4）Can I check in before the check in time?
If you want to check-in before check-in time, please contact us by the day before. Additional charges apply if desired.
6）Can I check out after check out time?
Depending on the situation, it can be extended only 1 hour, but additional amount will be charged. If you wish for late Check-out, please be sure to contact us in advance. in some hotels check out it within check-out time so for more detail check the time in your reservation confirmation mail
7）Can I keep my luggages before check in?
If there is a luggage space in the hotel, it can be used free of charge before check-in and after check-out. ( Some hotels don't have a luggage space.)
