I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely seen, respected, and able to be themselves. Because of this, I work from a neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming perspective and enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, develop greater self-compassion, and find ways of moving toward what matters most to them.

I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy from Antioch University Seattle. With a background in fine art and digital media, I have long been interested in creativity as a way of making meaning, exploring identity, and supporting healing.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, integrative, and trauma-informed. My work draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, art therapy, parts work/IFS-informed approaches, attachment theory, somatic and mindfulness-based practices, and DBT-informed skills. I often work with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression and burnout, identity exploration, and the complexities of being neurodivergent or LGBTQ+ in a world that does not always make space for those experiences.

I aim to create a space where we can be curious together about what is happening, make sense of difficult experiences, and discover approaches to change that fit who you are rather than asking you to become someone else.
