Life can be overwhelming, and therapy is a space to pause, take a breath, and feel supported as you make sense of what’s going on inside. I am passionate about creating a space that allows you to feel safe and show up fully without judgement. I take a client-centered and collaborative approach, allowing you to move at your own pace and focus on what feels most important to you. I will collaborate with you to identify your unique strengths, build your resilience, cope with stress, and work through patterns that may no longer be serving you. My deep admiration for the resilience of the human spirit, and respect for the full range of human experiences has called me to this path. Whether you feel stuck, lost, or unsure, I deeply believe that you are both capable of hard things, and deserving of good; I’m rooting for you!
I look forward to working with teens and adults navigating late-diagnosed neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, shame, perfectionism, identity development, relational challenges, religious harm, and those facing life transitions. My therapeutic approach draws from humanistic orientations, works from a systemic framework, and incorporates evidence-based practices from acceptance and commitment therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, tailored to your unique needs. You are the expert on your life, and your experiences guide our work together.
I am committed to providing trauma-informed, affirming care that allows space for the complexity of each individual lived experience. I recognize the importance of understanding how culture, systems (family, government, etc.), and relationships shape our lives and challenges, and I look forward to standing by your side as you strengthen relationships, explore your identity, and pursue meaningful change.
I am a student intern, currently earning my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Saint Martin’s University in Lacey, Washington. I am registered as an Agency Affiliated Counselor and am under the supervision of St. Martin’s University and Abby White MA, LMFT while pursuing licensure. In my free time I love to explore coffee shops, thrift spots, and hike new trails with my pup.
