Create warm & welcoming atmosphere.
Give clear directions to the members/guests.
Assist members/ guests with special needs.
Proactive acquaint new guests & help to connect them to Host.
Crowd control.
Prepare & serve Holy Communion elements during communion service.

Member or regular visiting Christian.
Willing to interact with members / guests.
Hospitable, friendly and warm.

Description
To get the names of the new guests from the Welcome Desk or Usher.
To identify new guests at the Hope Sanctuary.
To connect & build relationship with the new guests.
Able to host the new guests & help connect them & bring them to the Lounge

Strong interpersonal skills.
Hospitable, friendly & warm.
Love to interact with guests

Description
Purchase/ order/ prepare food & beverage for The Lounge on Sunday.
Plan attractive food display ideas during that session.
Serve food & beverage.

Description
Connect with people & help them to take their next steps in their connection with God & church e.g. volunteering. baptisms, life groups.
Information counter. Anticipate general enquiries & requests.
To distribute welcome packs to first time guests.
To ensure sufficient stock of welcome packs.
Lost & Found.
Create a “Welcome Home” experience for every person.
