Cooking Classes for Fall 2023

Our Fall Semester of classes is now  full up! Of course, we'd be happy to have you on the wait list.

We will have another round of 4 classes beginning in January of 2024.

About Our Classes:
To book these classes - simply choose what interests you and follow the link (button) for each class to book by email.
If you have your own group and your own date in mind - let us know! We're happy to host a private class for you and yours.

This class is a dinner and a learning experience. Arrive hungry! Each class is capped at 8 people as our new kitchen accommodates less bodies. Class prices below do not include HST.

Eastern Mediterranean Classics

Fish Butchery Fundamentals

7:30pm, November 15 @ 888 Queen Street East
$150 per person

Ever wanted to learn how to filet a fish? Butterfly a fish? If yes, then this is YOUR class. We will teach you the basics as well as the more advanced techniques to fileting your own fish at home. We’ll also teach a couple of basic fish cooking methods to help you pull off the perfect shore lunch.

Cold Weather Comforts

When the weather turns cold, folks often forget about cooking fish on the regular. Don’t forget about us!!! Saucy fish preparations like braises, sautés and soups are some of the most comforting during the winter months. 4 different fish and shellfish, 4 different cooking methods, 4 different recipes.

Japanese Soul Fish

No sushi in sight! A class focused around the tasty, casual and soul-filling fish dishes common to both the Japanese home and street food scene including okonomiyaki and ramen.  4 different fish and shellfish, 4 different cooking methods, 4 different recipes.
