Loch Ness Monster spotted in PreSchool

Forest School - May 16th

After a wet first week at Forest School, this week staff and children enjoyed a lovely day of warm sunshine. We really enjoyed the hammock this week, and also making the clay puppets, finding our own natural materials to make them with.

We saw lots of geese, and a few of us stood and watched quietly as they landed near us, then flew off in pairs, a lovely sight.

At the beginning of February five of our Practitioners headed off to London to visit the Nursery World Show 2019. It was a great way to develop our own practice and bring ideas back to Preschool for your children. We attended Seminars on a variety of subjects and had a chance to explore new resources (in other words we played with lots of toys). We did make a couple of purchases, so look out for the new posters in Preschool.

As usual, there were lots of resources that were simply out of our budget so please (if you can), support the upcoming fundraising ideas that will be announced in the next few months.
