Kiss and tell PDA? More Like OMG Please Stop

Are you ever walking to class, minding your own business when suddenly there is a couple in your way, making out as if their sole purpose is to make you uncomfortable? Nearly everyone has at some point. If you have not, then chances are you are the one doing it (and honestly you need to stop).
High school is home to some of the most dramatic, serious, and shortest relationships. Thus the hallways are always full of hand holding, kissing, and hugs that appear never ending. Not only is it uncomfortable to watch, but it causes traffic jams in the hallway and in turn students to be late. Such actions are things that should be saved for after school or at the very least be tuned down a notch or two. To get an idea of how prevalent an issue this really is, a handful of students were interviewed about their experience with PDA in school.
Q: Have you ever witnessed PDA in the halls?
A: too often. It often blocks the hallways. On a scale of one to 10 like a 7 or an 8 [how uncomfortable it makes them].
Q: Have you ever witnessed PDA in the hallway?
A: Unfortunately.
Q: How often?
A: Every day, usually the same couples.
Q: Do you ever notice it blocking the traffic flow in the halls?
A: Holy freaking cow you bet your gosh darn bottom dollar it does. Its half and half, some couples are more low-key about it and they’re chill but then there are the couples who feel it's necessary to take up the whole hallway because they're “in love.”
Q: How does it make you feel?
A: Like I said, some couples are chill so I don't care, they don't make it a big deal. But then there are the couples who make it about their personality and you can't go anywhere without them making out at some point. It just feels excessive y’know? Like calm down Romeo and Juliet this isn't a Hallmark movie.
In conclusion, hold hands and hug all you'd like, but keep to the side and please don't make out.
Keep your germs to yourself, flu season is upon us. Be safe ladies and gents and remember your peers are trying to learn, not witness your relationship drama.
