We are learning to write a descriptive paragraph about Tāwhirimātea, using strong adjectives, similes, and sensory details to create vivid imagery.

DESCRIPTIONS
LI: I will write a detailed description of a dance performance/piece of art.
I will use sensory language (what I saw, heard, and felt) to bring the dance to life.
SC: I have described the dance using sensory details (sights, sounds, movements).
I have described an art piece using sensory details ( colour, lines, shade, compostion, space)
I have used adjectives and adverbs to make my writing vivid.
I have written in full sentences that paint a clear picture of the dance.
