More often than not, when the question of my profession comes up, the response is, "Oh I could never do that!" or the dreaded, "Good for you!" To that I just smile and nod, and maybe give a little laugh, because I know the truth.

I teach because I could not imagine my life without education. I teach because I care about the future and those who will shape it. I teach because I know there is someone out there that needs my talents and gifts. I teach because everyone needs someone to count on. I teach because I love it. ❤
