My experience at Notovox as a business analyst connects directly to what I have learned in not only my major courses, but also my common requirements. Primarily though, I gained amazing hands on experience with many business and econ related topics such as my work with microeconomics and how a competitive firm functions. I also found myself applying macroeconomics concepts to the broader scale of the company. Other common req. Courses such as english courses helped greatly in my ability to write engaging and effective business reports.

My internship opportunity significantly developed me personally, as I feel I now have a great degree of confidence in myself and my abilities that I did not before have. I also now understand how to properly collaborate and communicate with a real business, and I feel that the fact I worked for a small start up made it a far more personal experience for me, as I got to speak weekly to the founder of the company about my progress.
