1) What are some skills/competencies (NACE) that you developed during your internship?

Over the course of this internship I have gained the ability to create content that is engaging and easy to comprehend. I learned how to connect with staff remotely and analyze website content to be more inclusive.

2) How does this experience connect to your future career goals?

I spent a majority of my time during this internship implementing content regarding environmental justice. I hope to countie work in the environmental/ sustainability field and focus on advocating for and educating people globally.

3) What advice would you give to other Holy Cross students?

Advocate for yourself, if you have an idea for a project tell your team and ask for help when you need it. Keep constant communication with the staff it allows for you to build strong relationships with them and be sure to explore how they got to their current role.
