1) What are some skills/competencies (NACE) that you developed during your internship?

Since this internship was virtual, I learned to adapt to the new environment and challenges this posed. Teamwork and flexibility were important to connecting with my group members. I was able to network with my supervisor to find out more about her position and what she does on a day to day basis.

2) How does this experience connect to your future career goals?

Coming from a liberal arts school, this internship allowed me to learn more about the roles industry and insights into what it takes to run a major company. Since we heard from members of the different teams, I learned about jobs that I did not know about before. Through hearing from the HR department I gained skills in interviewing and improving my resume.

3) What advice would you give to other Holy Cross students?

I would tell other HC students to be as engaged as they can to get the most out of the internship. Ask questions and take notes!
