Tips for success from Mr. Deitrich:
Student’s must make time for activity. It’s just not going to magically happen. If you are organizing your day and you plan you activity as the beginning of your day (example 8:00 am to 8:30 am) you get your activity completed and raise your energy level for the remainder of the day.
You must work with intentions, a purpose that is important to you and you alone. Having intentions 1) maintain level of fitness, 2) change your body image, 3) compete with a teammate / classmate, or 4) pass the class give you a goal to work towards.
Just remember we have an HONOR CODE in our class, 1) Do what needs to be done, 2) When it needs to be done, 3) As well as it can be done, 4) Whether you want to or not. This is what we do at Holton. That’s what separates from other places.
