Youtube has many, many resources for extra tutoring. Example Search: "College Algebra Synthetic Division Examples"
Khan Academy is a website that has a math curriculum on it. However it is not quite as good for specific examples.
edX and Coursera are examples of two websites that offer free short courses in a variety of topic. Many are math related. Great resource if you have an interest in a particular field of skill for anyone.
