Started at Indian Hill with student teaching in a special ed classroom.
I've been a special ed teacher, regular ed classroom teacher, G&T coordinator/teacher, Achieve Reading Teacher & Literacy Coach...I've just about done it all!
My Family
I LOVE spending time with my family!
My husband and I have been married for 24 years and have two children:
Tristan - Sophomore in college at Syracuse University
McKenzie - Freshman at NYU Tisch
We live in Westfield - love our town.
My Reading Life
Believe it or not, reading wasn't always my thing!
While taking a course in college, I was tasked to read the novel Push, by Sapphire. It immediately turned me on to reading, and I've been an avid reader ever since. I enjoy learning about different cultures while reading fiction and also spend a great deal of time reading informational books on educating readers, health, decorating, fashion, and travel.
