James Casady

MPT, Physical Therapist, Platinum Physical Therapy

James Casady received his undergraduate degrees at the University of Colorado in Kinesiology and Psychology. After receiving his Master's degree in Physical Therapy at Nova Southeastern University in 2000, he began practicing in Boston. He has 17 years of experience as a physical therapist working with elite runners, dancers from the Boston Ballet, professional triathletes and cyclists, and many division I college athletes. His primary focus is restoring movement and function by the quickest and most effective means possible. James is currently the owner of Platinum Physical Therapy with locations in Hopkinton, Ashland and Milford.

Dr. Ethan Healy

Orthopedic Surgeon, Orthopedics New England

Dr. Ethan Healy is the orthopedic team doctor for Holliston High School. In this role he works closely with the Athletic Trainer to evaluate and treat Holliston’s student athletes. He also attends Holliston home football games in case any on-field evaluations are needed.

Dr. Healy earned a B.S. in biochemistry from Hobart College in Geneva, NY and his M.D. from the University of Rochester School of Medicine. He completed his Residency at UMASS Medical Center and his Fellowship in Sport’s Medicine at the New England Baptist Hospital where he was assistant team physician for the Boston Celtics. He is currently a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Orthopedics New England in Natick and is the team doctor for the Framingham State Ice Hockey team. In his spare time Dr. Healy enjoys playing soccer, skiing, mountain biking, cycling, and running.

Nicole Siglin

Athletic Trainer, ATC, CSCS, Holliston High School

Nicole serves as the Head Athletic Trainer here at Holliston High School. With an enrollment of just under 1000 students, there is a large student-athlete population that participate in 26 varsity programs. She is responsible for the evaluation of all student-athlete's injuries. Her duties include the care, prevention, management and treatment of orthopedic injuries, coverage of home games and travel as required. Nicole has previously worked at the NCAA Division II college level at Bentley University, and as the team Athletic Trainer for the Junior Crunch, a junior hockey team in Syracuse, NY.

Nicole is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA, a Member of the NATA, and of the CPR/AED certified. She holds a B.S. in Physical Education and a Minor in Athletic Training from SUNY Cortland.
