Wendy Krauss

Occupational Therapist, Miller Elementary School

Wendy Krauss received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Russell Sage College and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University. She began practicing Occupational Therapy at the Veterans Administration Medical Center on the Spinal Cord Injury unit. Also at the VA she worked in cardiac rehabilitation, medical/ surgical and supervised the Occupational Therapy student program. Wendy then moved into short-term rehab in nursing homes and home care for 15 years. Wendy came to the Holliston schools in 2004, working with grades 3-12. Wendy is now based only at the Miller school and enjoys having HHS seniors for student interns. Currently Wendy is in her 5th year organizing the annual Five Town School Day Games Special Olympics event and in the third year of the Marathon Fitness Challenge at Miller School.

Barbara Fritts, PhD

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Barbara Fritts has a private practice in Holliston. Dr. Fritts received her BA in Psychology in 2003 from Elmira College, her MA in Counseling and Guidance from University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2009, and her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2012. She completed her doctoral internship in psychology from the University of Utah Counseling Center. Her areas of professional expertise are LGBTQ+ issues, perinatal and postpartum mental health, and trauma and abuse. She is a member of the coordinating committee of Diverse Holliston.



Kaitlin Cormier, RN

Surgical Trauma Intensive Care, Boston Medical Center

Kaitlin Cormier is a 28-year-old RN currently practicing in the Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit at Boston Medical Center. Following a lifelong interest in medicine, she pursued her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Salve Regina University in Rhode Island. She began her career in critical care medicine as an Emergency Department Trauma Nurse at Cape Fear Valley Hospital in Fayetteville, North Carolina, one of the busiest Emergency Departments in the country. Prior to settling back in Boston, she worked as a Travel Nurse, returning most recently from a two-year assignment in Oahu, Hawaii. Kaitlin is presently working towards her Masters Degree and enjoys teaching clinical nursing to other aspiring nurses at Regis College. She also excitedly awaits her first deployment as a member of Heart-to-Heart International’s Disaster Response Team.
