Standford University has summer programs for students grades 7th - 12th grade. Check the bulletin board beside Mrs. Heuring's office for more information or visit, spcs.standford.edu/find-yourself
There will be a summer camp for high school students interested in healthcare. It will be put on by SoutheastHealth College of Nursing and Health Sciences. Students will see various clinical sites including Pediatrics, Surgery, ICU, OB, ER and Imaging at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, MO. There are limited scholarships available. To be considered you must fill out an application by February 1, 2020. The camp will be for boys and girls June 7-9, 2020. The cost is $325.00. This includes all meals, instructional materials, t-shirts, and two nights lodging at SEMO dormitory. Enrollment is limited. Apply early at SEhealth.org/HealthcareCamps .
St. Louis College of Pharmacy will host a Preview Day on Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020. They will also host Lab Discovery Days from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. on:

How does my counselor schedule?
- We meet with students to answer questions and choose classes.
- We look at grades/transcripts.
- We look at test scores.
- We talk to parents and teachers.
- We look at progress reports and quarter grades.
- We look at future plans.
- Parents must sign off on schedule requests for the 2019-2020 school year before it is entered into the computer.
