CROSS COUNTRY TRAINING

As well as our Weekly Fitness Challenge (see above tab) we will be encouraging some Cross Country training. If you can, record the distances you walk, jog and/or run each day and I will add it to your class tally. Try and see if your class can run the most km's in the school! Bonus points if you get a family member out there with you. Teachers this includes you too!! Complete the form below each time you go for a run :)

As there are a number of very keen cyclists I have added additional form this week. It is for km's travelled on wheels - bikes, scooters, skates etc (non-motorised). Use the below apps and websites to work out how far you've travelled and then fill in the form.

Good FREE apps / sites to measure your distances are Strava, Runkeeper and onthegomap.com.
