Term 1: 3X3 Intermediate. 3X3 game rules  

This will be a competition run over 6 weeks. Teams must have 5 players. Students will be able to form their own teams, or sign up as an individual and be assigned to a team. There will be no trials for this term of competition. 

The cost for this term will be: $45.00 per player.

Term 2 and 3: 5-aside Intermediate.

This competition will run over seven weeks. Teams must have eight players. A trial for confident players will be held (observations from the term 1 competition will also be used) to create an HNI representative team and ability teams for Divisions 1 or 2. Beginning players will be assigned a team and play in Division 3.

The cost for these two terms will be: $58.00 

Term 4: 5- aside Intermediate

This competition will run over six weeks. Teams must have eight players.

The cost will be $55.00.

Students will need to register through KINDO for each term of basketball. Registration information is shared on student notices, in the 'Week ahead' and through the HNI App.

All games are played on a Thursday between 4.00 pm and 8.10 pm.

All Games will be played at the Hastings Sports Centre on Railway Road, Hastings 

All players MUST wear a Mouthguard. No mouthguard = no play.

Where possible, all players will be issued with a school basketball uniform. School PE gear and numbered bibs are the backup uniforms. 

All teams must have a parent manager to support with substitutions.
