Step 1: 

The garbage area is in the bicycle parking area.

Please proceed to the bicycle parking area to access the garbage area.

Step 2: 

The garbage area is on your right hand side after you enter the bicycle parking area.

You will require your room key to open the garbage room.

We kindly ask you to adhere to the garbage disposal regulations and separate your garbage appropriately before disposing of it.

Scheduled Disposal Time

Ensure your garbage is disposed of by 8 AM on the designated collection day.

For optimal cleanliness, we recommend discarding your waste one day in advance to avoid the buildup of garbage.

Oversized garbage

Oversized garbage (known as Sodai Gomi), such as furniture, bicycles, household appliances and (in general, items that are over 30-cm in length) are only picked up by appointment. 

For disposal, please refer to the website for registration & information.

For the registration, please complete the application process at least 

3 weeks prior before your preferred collection date.

駐輪場右側にゴミ置き場のドアがございます。

お部屋の鍵で開けてください。

お部屋の鍵を必ずお持ちください。

ゴミの出し方はルールを守り、分別にご協力ください。

処分方法

指定の収集日の午前8時までに処分してください。

粗大ゴミについて

粗大ゴミは一辺の長さがおおむね30cm以上のものが対象となります。

有料及び申込制となりますので、直接「粗大ごみ受付センター」もしくは

粗大ごみインターネット受付へお申し込みください。

お申込みから収集までご自身でご対応をお願い致します。
